Skywrath Mage

Skywrath Mage is very squishy, so be mindful about your positioning.

Use Arcane Bolt or Concussive Shot to secure ranged creep last hits.

Cast your spells from fog whenever you can if opponents have magic sticks.

Find a ganking partner that can set up your Mystic Flare and burn smokes with him.

In fights, focus on dropping Mystic Flare on a disabled unit and applying Ancient Seal on a target with no dispel.

Skywrath Mage uses his spells frequently to harass. Magic Stick and Wand will be charged up.

Consider purchasing Infused Raindrops against Skywrath Mage's damaging spells.

Focus Skywrath Mage in fights as he does a lot of damage but is very squishy.

Be aware of Rod of Atos timing on Skywrath Mage. He can solo kill most of the heroes with it.

Force Staff is great at saving an ally from Skywrath's Mystic Flare.

Magic resistance and spell immunity items are great against Skywrath Mage.

Items that provide dispel are great against Skywrath's Ancient Seal and root from Rod of Atos.
